RECIPE

KIND OF FOOD:

So easy, so comforting, so delicious.

There is nothing better than cookies warm from the oven.

Cookies definetely are in my comfort zone. I love baking them, I love eating them. There is something absurdly luxurious about homemade cookies.

These cookies can be eaten warm or at room temperature. You can take them out just a few minutes before if you want them a bit chewy.

A day that smells of cookies, vanilla and cacao is definetely a great day.

INGREDIENTS

1 egg
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp olive oil/avocado oil /coconut oil
1 splash vanilla
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup oat flour
1 tsbp cacao
100

COOK TIME

Dairy-Free

RECIPE PREPARATION

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC

In a bowl whisk the egg with the sugar, add the olive oil, and vanilla and continue to whisk.

In a different bowl, add the dry ingredients. Once mixed, add it to the first bowl.

Take generously heaped tablespoons of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place them on a non-stick baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes.
