The glowing silky texture of chocolate makes these bars taste like luxury and are really good for you.

 

*Hazelnuts pair well with:

Almonds, apples, avocado, banana, carrots, caviar, cherry, chicken, chocolate, coffee, fig, garlic,  pear, raspberry, rosemary, strawberry, and vanilla.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Oats
30 grams Chocolate Chips
30 grams Toasted Hazelnuts
4 Medjool Dates
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Almond Milk

RECIPE PREPARATION

Sweet chocolate granola is even better with a crunchy twist

 

Preheat your oven at 180ºC. Blend the oats and hazelnuts until you get a flour. Add the dates, maple syrup and almond milk, and mix again.

If it’s too liquid add more oats until it resembles cookie dough.

Spread the mix on an oven tray with a silicone mat and bake for 15 minutes. Cut into bars and let cool.
