This unusually fast granola is a treat for any given morning

The joy of granola comes when you have it warm and freshly made. As it cools downs it starts getting crispier and crunchier.
This recipe is made in a pan and takes 5 minutes. It is a special treat for those early mornings when you wake up craving something comforting, but you don’t have the time to turn on your oven.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats
1 tbsp coconut shreds
1 tsp good cacao
1 tbsp raw honey
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 tbsp puffed millet
1 tbsp omega 3 seed mix

Gluten-Free

RECIPE PREPARATION

Grab a pan and start warming it up.

Place the oats, nuts and omega 3 seed mix and toast them a little bit.

Add the coconut shreds and cacao, and mix well.

Add the honey and continue mixing until everything is incorporated.

Turn the heat off and let cool for 2 minutes.

Enjoy with a bowl of yoghurt and fruit
